We prepare personal income tax returns for families, students and seniors. The price of each kind of return is on this page, so there is nothing to guess at. Drop your papers off, or sit down with us.

We work the spring, then close up.
Here is how the months go, so you know when to come in.
Late February
Doors open
Slips start arriving in the mail. Bring them in as they come, or wait until the last one is here.
March to mid-April
Busiest weeks
Sit-down times fill up first. Dropping your papers off is the way to hold your place when they do.
April 30
Usual deadline
Most personal returns are due by this date. Come in by mid-April so there is time to chase a missing slip.
May and June
By appointment
Running late? Book a time. We prepare late returns by appointment through June.

Families
Two incomes, children, childcare receipts, a tuition slip or two. Bring the whole household in one visit and we prepare every return in the family together.
Couple, two returns$130
Students
Your tuition slip, the T4 from a summer or part-time job, and your student loan interest statement if you have one. A short visit and a small price.
Student return$45
Seniors
CPP and OAS statements, pension and RRIF slips, medical receipts. Sit-down visits go at your pace, and you leave with a printed summary in large type.
Senior or pension return$75

What to bring.
Gather what you have and tick it off. Missing something? Come anyway: we will tell you what is still needed.
Bring papers in person. Please do not email your slips, and never send your social insurance number by email or through the form on this page.

A visit
Drop it off, or sit down.
Drop off
Leave your papers with your name and phone number during open hours. We prepare the return, and phone you if something is missing or a signature is needed.
Sit down
Book a time, bring your papers, and we go through the return together at the table. A visit usually takes about an hour.
Either way, your return is filed electronically and your copy is usually ready in about a week.
Some returns go to an accountant.

Do I need an appointment?
For a sit-down visit, yes: request a time below or call us. For drop-off, no. Bring your papers during open hours.
Can I be served in French?
Oui. We work in English or French, whichever you prefer. Say so when you call, or when we phone you back.
How do I pay?
When your copy is ready, by cash, debit or e-transfer. The price is the one in the table above.
What if a slip is missing?
Come anyway. We will tell you what is still missing and who to ask for it, and you can drop it off later.
How long until my return is ready?
Usually about a week. In the busiest weeks, allow a few days more.
Can you still help after April 30?
Yes, by appointment in May and June. Call and we will find a time.
