Starting prices for most Sudbury homes, before HST. Your inspection gives you the real number, in writing, before any work starts.

Start with an inspection
About an hour on the roof, around the foundation and in the attic. You get every entry point on a sheet with photos and a fixed price for the job. If you go ahead with us, the $149 comes off the bill.
Starting prices
Each removal includes the one-way doors, sealing the main entry and the follow-up check.

What changes the price
The same animal can be a short job on one house and a long one on the next. These are the usual reasons.
How many ways in
A house with one gap costs less to seal than a house with nine.
Height and pitch
Two-storey and steep roofs need more ladder work, harness time and sometimes staging.
Young in the den
A raccoon litter means an extra visit to set the kits out for their mother.
Size of the colony
A large bat colony uses more gaps, and each one needs a door or a seal.
Damage to repair
Rotten fascia, chewed soffit or torn vents add materials and time.
Cleanup
Droppings, a raccoon latrine or soiled insulation are priced separately, once we've seen them.
Paying
When you pay
The inspection on the day. The job once the house is sealed, by e-transfer, debit or credit card.
Two-year cover
If an animal gets back in through a spot we sealed, we come back and fix it at no charge.
