We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.

A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible amber focus outline.
Light text on a dark background, with text and buttons that meet AA colour contrast.
Buttons, links and form fields are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page. The steps on How it works are a numbered list.
The month-by-month season chart is a real table with row and column headers, and every coloured month is described in words for screen readers.
Prices are written as text, not images.
Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and hints are linked to their fields.
No content moves on its own, and transitions stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
