Commercial

Keys that match how your business actually runs.

Offices, shops, clinics and small warehouses. We plan who opens what, keep the records at our shop, and fit the hardware your exit doors are required to have.

Master key systems

One key for the owner, the right keys for everyone else.

A master key system lets each person carry one key that opens exactly the doors they need. We draw the chart with you, then keep the bitting records here, so new keys are cut only when someone on your list signs for them.

Design and records from $45 per cylinder, including the first two keys. Extra keys are cut at the counter.

Restricted keys

Keys that can't be copied at the hardware store.

A restricted keyway uses blanks that are only sold to the locksmith holding your account. When a key walks off with a former employee, nobody can quietly make more of them.

Who can order
Only the people named on your signature card
Duplicates
$18 per key, cut at our counter and logged
Existing doors
Most commercial cylinders swap without changing the hardware

Exit hardware and closers

The doors that have rules attached.

Exit doors in Ontario must open from the inside in one motion, without a key or special knowledge. We supply and fit hardware that keeps you locked from the outside and lets people out fast.

Panic bars
Push-bar exit devices for assembly spaces, shops and rear exits, with outside trim if staff need to come back in. From $650 installed.
Door closers
New closers adjusted so the door shuts and latches every time without slamming. $295 supplied and installed.
Storeroom levers
Heavy commercial levers that stay locked outside and always open from inside. From $240 installed.
Repairs and adjustments
Bars that stick, closers that leak, doors that drag or won't latch. Service call plus parts.

Access for small offices

Keypads and fobs, sized for a few doors, not a tower.

You add and remove people yourself, and the doors still have a key cylinder for the day the power is out.
