Questions about the area
My town isn't on the list
Call us. If you are just outside Zone 3 we can sometimes fit you in on a day we are already nearby, and we will tell you the fee before booking.
We have several pets. Is it one fee?
Yes. The house-call fee is per home, per visit, however many pets we see.
My neighbour wants a visit the same day
Tell us when you book. We can usually see you back to back, and each home pays its own zone fee.
Is the fee higher on Saturdays?
No. The same zone fees apply on every day we work.
