10years on our workmanship, written into your contract

Two warranties, and what each one covers.

The shingle maker's warranty: Covers defects in the shingles themselves. We register it in your name after the job, so the paperwork is yours. How long it's fully covered before it pro-rates depends on the shingle line, and we show you the exact terms before you choose.
Our 10-year workmanship warranty: If something we installed leaks, lifts or comes loose because of how we put it on, we come back and fix it at no charge. It transfers once if you sell the house.
What neither one covers: Falling trees, hail bigger than the shingle's rating, and holes other trades put in the roof later, like a satellite dish mount. We'd rather say that now than argue about it later.

We leave the yard the way we found it.

A tear-off sends thousands of old shingles and nails off the roof edge. Here's how they stay out of your garden and your tires.

Tarps over plants and beds
Shrubs, flower beds and window wells get covered before the first shingle comes off, and uncovered at the end of each day.
A magnetic sweep, twice
We roll a magnet over the lawn, driveway and beds at the end of each day, and once more after the final cleanup.
A bin, not a pile
The disposal bin sits on plywood boards so it doesn't mark your driveway. It's gone within two days of the job.
