Small on purpose.

Morning Loaf is one oven, one counter and a short list. The dough is mixed the afternoon before, left to rest overnight and baked before we open, so the loaves are still warm when the first person walks in.

We would rather make a few things properly than a long menu badly. That is why the cinnamon buns are limited on weekends and why we ask you to order them ahead.

What we do not do

No catering and no custom cakes. We bake bread, buns, tarts and cookies for the counter, and that is all we have room for.
