We see one person or couple at a time, by appointment, so there is never a queue and never a rush. Tell us a little about what you have in mind and we will write back to arrange a time.

An engagement ring, a pair of wedding bands, earrings for a day you want to remember, or new life for a family piece. A sentence is plenty; we will talk about the rest in person.
A quiet room, no pressure
Before you come
If you have photographs of pieces you love, a stone you want to use, or a ring that fits, bring them along. None of it is needed, though.
At the appointment
We sit at the bench, look at metals and stones in daylight, try shapes on your hand and sketch as we talk. You leave with ideas and, if you wish, a written proposal.
If you cannot come in
We can begin with a video call and send ring sizers and drawings by post. Most people still come in for the fitting.
