Accessibility statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada’s accessibility laws.

What we have done on this website

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast, including the plum text on the lilac and yellow panels.
• Buttons, menu links and form fields are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
• Prices are written as text next to each service name, with the time it takes, never only inside an image.
• Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative shapes are hidden from screen readers.
• A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
• Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, and the result of sending the form is announced.
• The pages reflow on a phone without sideways scrolling, and text can be zoomed to 200%.
• The small slide-in effect on sections stops when your device asks for reduced motion.

Reaching us without the form
