Classes
Strength classes
Every class is coached, capped at eight people per coach, and built around one big lift. You'll squat, deadlift, press and carry every week, at a weight that's right for you today.
How a class runs
Sixty minutes, four parts.
Same shape every time, so you can stop wondering what's next and think about the lift.
- 0:00 · 10 minWarm-upJoints first, then the day's lift with an empty bar.
