We supply a handful of offices, restaurants and small cafés. We keep the list short on purpose, so every account gets coffee roasted that week and a person who picks up the phone.

Who we work with
Offices
Beans in 1 kg bags for your drip machine or bean-to-cup, delivered on a schedule that matches how fast your team drinks it. We’ll help set the grind and the dose on your machine the first time.
Restaurants
An espresso for after dinner and a filter coffee for brunch. We can roast Full Moon a touch darker for milk-heavy menus and walk your staff through the bar setup.
Small cafés
A house espresso and a rotating single origin, with a training session for your baristas. We don’t sell or lease machines; we’ll point you to the technician we use.
How it works

Tell us about you
Send an enquiry with roughly how much coffee you go through and how you brew it.

Taste together
We bring two or three coffees to you, or you come to the roastery, and we brew them your way.

Set a schedule
Weekly or every two weeks. We roast on Tuesday and deliver on Wednesday morning.

Adjust as you go
Change quantities or coffees by text or email before Monday noon for that week’s roast.
Wholesale prices
Per kilogram, whole bean, before tax. Delivery inside Ottawa is free on orders of 5 kg or more; smaller orders pick up from the roastery.
