The family business
The second generation, still answering the same phone.
Copperline started as one van and a father who sweated every joint himself. His children run it now with six trucks and a small crew who learned the trade the same way: do it once, do it properly, and leave the basement cleaner than you found it.
We are not the cheapest call in Hamilton and we don't try to be. We are the call that tells you what's wrong, what it costs, and whether it can wait until Monday.
- A written price before work begins, never a surprise on the invoice.
- The plumber who prices the job is the one who does it.
- We tell you plainly when a repair isn't worth doing.
How a visit goes
The same four steps whether it's a dripping tap or a new boiler.
You call or book
Tell us what's happening. We ask a few questions and give you an arrival window, not a whole day.
We look first
The plumber finds the cause, shows you, and explains the options in plain words.
You get a price
A fixed price in writing. You decide. If you say no, you pay the service call and nothing else.
We fix and tidy
The work, a test, a clean-up, and a note of what we did for your records.
Heating
Boilers, yes. Furnaces and gas fireplaces, no.
We service and replace boilers, and we look after everything that carries hot water around your house: circulators, zone valves, radiators, baseboard and in-floor loops.
What we refer out
Forced-air furnaces, air conditioners and gas fireplaces are a different trade. We pass those to a Hamilton HVAC company we have worked alongside for years, and we'll give you their number when you call.
Where we work
Hamilton and the towns along the Escarpment. If you're just outside the list, ask: if a truck is nearby, we'll come.
