Your team works from the same list every time, so you can see exactly what a visit covers before you book one.
Regular cleaning
The visit most of our clients have. It keeps a lived-in home in good shape, and because it is the same team each time, it gets quicker and more thorough as they learn your home.
Kitchen
- Counters and backsplash wiped
- Sink and taps scrubbed and shined
- Stovetop and range hood front degreased
- Outside of fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave
- Inside the microwave
- Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Floor vacuumed and washed
Bathrooms

- Sink, vanity top and taps

- Linens changed if you leave fresh ones out

- Floors vacuumed, under beds where they clear

- Dusting of shelves, frames and lamps

- Table and chairs wiped

Deep cleaning
For a home that hasn't been cleaned professionally in a while, or before guests arrive. It includes everything on the regular list, plus the slow jobs that a regular visit leaves for later.

Move-in and move-out cleaning
An empty home shows everything. This clean is for handing keys back to a landlord, getting a sale ready, or starting fresh before your boxes arrive.

Not on any of our lists
Carpet shampoo or steam cleaning, outside windows, post-construction dust, mould removal, and anything above a two-step ladder. If you aren't sure, ask on the quote form and we'll tell you plainly.
