Locked out of your home or your shop?
Call us. Every day from 8 am to 10 pm, a van comes to homes and businesses across Hamilton. We tell you the price on the phone, and we check ID at the door.

When we answer the lockout line.
Every day of the year except Christmas Day: day rate from 8 am to 6 pm, evening rate from 6 pm to 10 pm. Between 10 pm and 8 am the line goes to voicemail. We don't run overnight calls, so we can't promise a van then.
What happens
What we ask for, from the call to the open door.
The call
Tell us the address, the kind of door and lock if you know it, and the name the place is in.
A price and a time
You hear the full rate before we send a van, with an honest arrival time, usually inside the hour.
ID at the door
Photo ID with that address, or photo ID and a bill or lease on your phone. No ID, no opening.
Opening
We pick or bypass the lock first. If it has to be drilled, we stop and ask, and a new cylinder is quoted then.
What it costs
Lockout rates, including the call-out.
If your ID is inside, we can open the door and check it with you in the doorway before you go in. If we can't confirm you live there, we leave and you pay the service call only.
