Most jobs start one of two ways. You bring a lock or a key to the shop, or one of our vans comes to the door with the parts already on board.
Bring in a lock cylinder and we rekey it while you wait, usually inside twenty minutes. Keys cut from code or from a good original, house and padlock keys, and restricted keys for accounts we hold.
Each van carries common deadbolts, lever sets, cylinders, closers and a key machine, so most home jobs finish on the first visit. We give you a two-hour window when you book and call when we are on the way.
What we do
Rekeying after a move, new deadbolts, smart locks fitted with a key backup, and the patio and window locks people forget about.
Master key systems with records kept at our shop, keys that cannot be copied down the street, exit hardware and keypad or fob doors for small offices.
Homes and businesses, every day from 8 am to 10 pm. We open the door without damage whenever the lock allows it, and we check that you live or work there first.

Our ID policy
Opening a door for the wrong person is the worst thing a locksmith can do. So before we open, rekey or change the locks on a house, we check that you live there. It takes a minute, and nobody gets in without it, including people we have met before.
These need different tools and training than ours. Call and we will tell you so straight away, rather than send a van that cannot help.
