Corporate accounts
Ground travel, handled for the company.
An account for businesses that book cars often: several people booking, one invoice a month and a team that knows your travellers.
The account
What an account gives you.
Booking works the same way as for anyone else. The difference is in the paperwork, and that becomes our job.
Monthly invoicing
One invoice a month, each ride listed with date, route, traveller and reference.
Multiple bookers
Assistants, travel managers and travellers can all book on the same account.
Your references
Add a cost centre, project or purchase-order number to any ride.
Roadshows
Multi-stop days and multi-day schedules planned with you, stop by stop.
Guest bookings
Book for visiting clients and candidates. They get the driver's details, you get the bill.
One point of contact
Questions about a ride or an invoice go to one desk that knows your account.
Roadshows
Eight meetings, three addresses, one driver who knows the order.
How a roadshow runs
Planned stop by stop.
For investor meetings, site visits and sales days. We take the schedule, check the timing between each address and keep the same driver with your team all day.
Send the schedule. Every meeting, address and time, plus who is travelling.
We check the timing. Drive times between stops are reviewed, and any tight gap is flagged before the day.
One driver, all day. The car waits outside each meeting. Changes go through the driver or the desk.
One line on the invoice. The whole day is billed together, with your reference.
Opening an account
Four steps to your first ride.
