Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website and reach us.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard behind Canada's accessibility laws.
What we have done on this website
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet AA colour contrast.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative drawings and monograms are hidden from screen readers.
- A clear heading structure and page landmarks on every page.
- Fee and comparison tables have captions and proper row and column headers.
- Questions and answers use standard expandable sections that work with a keyboard and screen readers.
- Every form field has a visible label, required fields say so in words, grouped choices have a group label, and the result of sending the form is announced.
- Animation stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
