What we come out for
Three kinds of call, one van that carries the parts.
Each van has the picks, the key machine, blanks and fobs for most makes, and spare cylinders, so the job usually finishes on the first visit.
Lockouts
House, car, shop or office. We open it without damage in most cases, and we check that you live or work there.

The price is said twice before any work.
Late-night lockouts are where people get overcharged. Our rule is simple and it is the same at 2 pm and 2 am.
- A firm quote on the phone, once you tell us the lock or the car.
- The same quote again at the door, after we see the lock.
- No work starts until you say OK. If you say no, you pay only the call-out.

The call-out covers the drive and the first 15 minutes on site. A standard home lockout is $119 by day, $169 at night, all in. Prices before tax.
Car keys at the curb
Lost the only key? The car stays where it is.
No tow to the dealer and no week of waiting for a part. We decode the lock, cut a new key and program it to your car in the parking lot, usually within an hour of arriving.

A range, not a promise. Snow, a bridge closure or both vans already on jobs can push it longer, and we will say so before you agree.
Honest limits
What we send elsewhere.
- Safes. We do not open or service safes. A safe technician has the tools and the training.
- High-security keys for some luxury brands. A few European makers lock key programming to the dealer. We will tell you on the phone if yours is one, so you do not pay a call-out for nothing.
