Nordic baths · Whistler, BC
Hot, cold, rest. Repeat.
Two hot pools, a cedar barrel sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge tubs and heated rest cabins, ten minutes from the village. Book a three-hour visit and move through them at your own pace.
The loop
Three steps, as many times as you like
There's no route to follow and nobody timing you. Heat up, cool down hard, then lie still long enough to feel the difference. Most guests go round three or four times.
-
Hot
38–85°C
Soak in the hot pools, then sweat in the cedar sauna or the eucalyptus steam room. Ten to fifteen minutes is about right.
-
Cold
6–10°C
Lower yourself into a cold plunge or tip the bucket shower over your head. Ten seconds to a minute, then out.
-
Rest
22–24°C
Wrap up and lie down in a heated cabin facing the trees. Stay fifteen to twenty minutes, until your heart rate settles.
Entry times
Pick a time, stay three hours
A new group starts every 90 minutes and each entry time is capped at 40 guests, so the pools never feel crowded. Day visits are $89 on weekdays and $109 on weekends. Evening entries are $79 any day.
